This policy explains how KalviCert, operated by Somasundaram M ("we", "us"), collects and uses your information when you register interest in or enrol for our programs.
When you fill our interest form or chat with us, we collect your name, email, WhatsApp/phone number, city and state, highest qualification, and the program you're interested in. We also keep a record of the messages exchanged so we can assist you.
We use this only to respond to your enquiry, share program details, guide you through enrolment, and provide support. We may contact you on WhatsApp, phone, or email about the program you expressed interest in.
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank credentials — these are handled entirely by Razorpay under their own terms.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate (such as our messaging and payment providers), and only as needed to deliver the service or where required by law.
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, or to stop contacting you, at any time by writing to support@kalvicert.com.
