These Terms govern your enrolment in and use of programs offered by KalviCert, operated by Somasundaram M ("we", "us"). By registering or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
We offer live, online skill-development programs (for example, Career Communication & Interview Mastery and Learn UX/UI with AI). Program details, batch dates, and pricing are shared with you before enrolment.
Your seat is confirmed once payment is received. Fees are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable GST. Payments are collected through Razorpay, and an option to pay in instalments may be offered for some programs.
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Program content is for your personal learning and may not be recorded, copied, or redistributed without permission. We may update batch schedules where necessary and will inform you in advance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
