We want you to enrol with confidence. This policy explains when you can get a refund for a KalviCert program.
You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 7 days of your payment and before your batch has started — whichever comes first.
Once your batch has begun, or once 7 days have passed since payment, the fee is non-refundable, as your seat in the live cohort has been reserved and access has begun.
If you paid in parts, the same condition (within 7 days and before the batch starts) applies to the amount paid.
Email support@kalvicert.com from your registered email with your name and payment details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
